so what do those words mean to you ? are they the rule of law you chose to live by ? or are they just guidelines that you wish to follow every time you are at a point where you need to make a choice.

here's a scenario..

i have a friend. he says that we have no choice. choices are illusions made by powerful people in the world to fool you. so that we happily to do their bidding. so do you think its true, that we don't have choices in life ?

as for myself, many of you will know that i believe that we are the masters of our destiny. we live in a world of choices every single second. we are our choices. we are who we want to be, we are what we want to be, we are who we need to be. we are the masters of our universe.

time to go get my resume done up and send my defer application to RMIT for 1 year.

CHAPTER II

i think that my progress in the new approach towards life is going well. its started of really well. now days i tend to listen more then i talk. just recently i lost a bunch of money just to learn how to play TEXAS hold em. i just realized, i am really bad at it. i tend to get cocky at a point after i won a lot. so that was a valuable lesson in learning my own flaws. so basically a few of them at the table probably knew about this. then they took it to their advantage. then i realized,
when it comes to self preservation, we will do what ever it takes to survive. thats just the basic rule of life on earth. no matter how much we deny it, at one point in life we will submit to that rule. as my friend puts it, survival for the fittest. now i know that.
its was basically a great new year, met up with many old friends and some new ones. talked drank gambled. good times. there is nothing like being in a group of good friends. the good the bad the uglies, all is reset at this time of year and only during Chinese new year. grudges and annoyances were wiped clean. thats is for me at least anyways. i don't believe in taking a grudge too far, it will only just eat yourself up instead.
so with the new year week coming to an end, its time for me to start taking action on my plans for this year. as far as you know, my studies are being deferred for 1 year but it might also be canceled. it all depends on my dad or how well i treat him. i do want to study. but you can't shun away family. that what my dad taught me. family comes first. a very good point - imo. my resume will be done in a few days time. then should be going out the all the factories and companies that is looking for an engineer of sort. by god's will i will find a job, oh and a friend of mine too for that matter. she has also been looking for a job for a long time. nothing fancy, any decent paying job with 5/6 working days, preferably non shift.
let me see what i left out... oh yeah. i have removed all girls from the list. this is to co-in sync with my new plan for my life. so at the moment, i am a single guy who is in between jobs. once i get a job, I'll be starting the list again. so if you know someone who can get in it, please let me know. i do need more responsibility.

its finally here - HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR !

hey all.
have a great and prosperous Chinese new year. may this year bring great fortune to all of you reading this. this is the year of the PIG so eat more !

met up with the 1stop crew. a yearly tradition amongst the older players. we would gather up every year and have a session. this time instead of mtg cards, we would using the 52 card deck. in the day time would be at the shop then evening we would move to either my place or aywk place. but it seems they have changed the game form poker to Texas hold-em since my last session with them. haha. another game for me to pick up. lots a win and losses. but luckily am still up rm 45.00.
may i have a bit of good fortune tonight.

so everyones is coming today. its going to be a packed house :)

sessions and visits to relative and friends house will probably take up all the time in this CNY.

to whom it may concern,
i, Morgan Ramanchandram, age 25 will now make a declaration that i will obey and submit to world conformity for young adults. i will now take extra effort in making myself more useful to society, be caring and helpful around the people near me, to be more open about my girl relationships, to definitely change my dress style, to be a better friend to those who know me, and will be a better son and grandson to my family, and stop being the old Morgan where i was too smart or even sometimes a dick and a half to listen. i will now accept all advise and take them seriously.
i will also change my attitude, i will be take a positive view on events and issues around me. i will also be more active in the society and wont only be a "gamer", i will be more supportive of my friends decision making and not to spread my negativity. i will also now take up a proper decent job. where i can fully commit myself to it and help the company grow for the better of mankind. have a legit source on income where people can agree that i have made a good man out of myself. hence having it all in black and white so i can apply for loans n etc to pay for things that i cannot afford and have people gasp and awe to the things that i am in debt for.
i will also sell of all my toys and put the money in the bank, where i can earn great interest. and don't have to worry about losing my money. there is no safer way of making money other then fixed deposit, there is no point in taking unnecessary risks with your money. always go for the safer choice. its always turns out better - imo. i will also take the initaitive to put my "skills" to good/legal gains then my normal bad/illegal gains.
i will also now take new approach towards life and all the challanges it throws at me. i will now deal with them like how everyone else does, by drinking or getting stoned and wake up with a cracked head.

hey.
as you all have heard, i be doing my UUM application. just did photocopied my certs. and took my most recent photo. will be filling out the form and sending it in by feb 15. thats the dateline. so after that, just hope i get accepted la. i still havent gotten any reply form RMIT for my defer/cancellation of my course there. how how how ?

then i can work on my resume. thats another hard one. applying for things just seems to be difficult for me. its like there is a fear in the back of my head of being rejected. ah. but i think it happens to the best of us :)
anyone know a good site for some really good resume sample ? pls do share..

WOW. WOW. WOW. it owns me. now at level 69 things are going pretty slow. but luckily my account got frozen, so i can write my blog and get a few other online stuff done. need to start selling TOYS, not enough minerals....i become totally useless when i play WOW. sad but true. probably will wait a few days when i finished my applications before 1 reload my account.

the girl whom i fancy alot, now thats a dept. where not much progress is happening. probably the bottom of my to do list currently. with UUM n RMIT n WORK above her. ye, she told me not to waste money on flowers.... might as well take her out for cake or something.

well this is an exciting month. with valentine's day , chinese new year, feb 15th and sorting out my RMIT stuff.
