a blessing in disguise ?
well, i dont know who or how or what happened, my dad now has agreed to fund for my house. i would have to payback whatever interest following the bank home loan rates on a 7/10 year plan.
i would estimate 5k per year for 9 years.
=)
so yeah. i am hellz happy. i am going to buy my very own house !

the way I see it, you r just like the faithful fly irritating your dad. no matter how fast u think u can flap ur wings or how u think u can outmanuever your dad's half-hearted soft slaps....
in the end it all comes donwn to whether your dad wanna suck u in for the kill ...or gently blow u away just to dissorent u a lil.

well to tell you the truth,i was always searching for that "something" which would send me into the property line, the missing link between my toys n the houses. well looks like i am lucky enough to find a house which i can afford. now lets hope they dont close down n run away >.<
